‘Sports Direct’ goal is to make you feel better about running, whatever your definition of ‘better’ may be.
Introducing the new multi-brand running experience executed in various flagship stores in UK locations.

Key Deliverables

  • Designed by The One-Off Agency, both an experience and destination were created for the customer, in line with the brand’s retail elevation strategy to improve running in-store.
  • The use of digital enhances the customer journey with branded content LED screens, lightboxes and ‘know your run’ panel which links to mobile devices offering more information about running shoe types.
  • Specific tools were introduced including a safe size machine which examines the customer’s feet, helping them pick out the best shoe based on the chosen activity type coupled with a shoe finder table for the customer to browse.
  • Catergorised zones were introduced in the footwear section to allow the customer to shop the space efficiently.
  • Managed, Procured, and implemented full end to end shop fitting working with the relevant suppliers and contractors to complete the project.
