EB Designs is committed to operating in a responsible and sustainable way. We aim to reduce our environmental impact while delivering high quality design services. Sustainability is considered in our day to day operations, business decisions and the work we produce for our clients.

We take practical steps to lower our carbon footprint by improving energy efficiency and reducing unnecessary consumption. Where possible, we use digital tools and services powered by renewable energy and limit travel by prioritising virtual collaboration. Equipment is used responsibly and switched off when not in use.
We aim to minimise waste across the business by reducing paper use and working digitally wherever possible. Materials are recycled where appropriate, and purchasing decisions are made with sustainability in mind.
Sustainability is integrated into our design approach. We promote digital-first solutions to reduce material use and, where print is required, recommend responsible options such as recycled materials, sustainable inks and local production. We also encourage clients to make environmentally conscious choices throughout their projects.

We are committed to fair and ethical working practices. This includes maintaining a safe, respectful and inclusive working environment and ensuring that all employees, contractors and suppliers are treated fairly. We take a zero tolerance approach to discrimination and unethical practices.
Where possible, we support local businesses and work with suppliers who demonstrate responsible and transparent practices.

We recognise the environmental impact of digital activity and aim to reduce it through efficient design and responsible data management. This includes optimising websites and digital assets, using suitable hosting providers and avoiding unnecessary data storage.

We are committed to continually improving our approach to sustainability. This approach is reviewed regularly, and we will continue to adapt our practices in line with industry standards and new opportunities to reduce our impact.

All team members are encouraged to support sustainable working practices. We welcome feedback from clients and partners and aim to be open about our approach.
