Sports Direct aspire to be an international leader in sports, lifestyle, and luxury apparel retail by continuing to develop their retail space.

Key Deliverables

  • Designed by The One Off agency (SmithBrewer for the USC concept) this is Sports Direct most elevated concept to date and their third Flagship store opening.
  • With over 50,000 of retail space across five floors, the store showcases the very best in sports, leisure, e-sports and fashion, including a new concept USC and Game and Belong.
  • Management and implementation of the multi-brand running concept, a new look kids’ area, new Swim concept and an elevated Football area.
  • Instrumental in offering brand personalisation throughout key zones.
  • The use of digital is progressive and is the most used in any of the stores the brand has opened with a huge 103 digital screens installed in total with NFC tap guides and digital wayfinding to improve the customer journey.
  • Customer experiences and tools launched including the Hang Tough challenge, Jump experience, Putting challenge, Gait Analysis and a Safe Size Machine in both Running and Kids were implemented.
  • Managed, procured and implemented full end to end shopfitting working with the relevant suppliers and contractors to complete the project.
