Key Deliverables

  • A brand new first concept was developed in collaboration with Argent Design to bring design’s vision to life in a retail environment.
  • The first Frasers branded store featuring defined zonal spaces, each with their own unique character that maintain the unified operational merchandising needs.
  • New fixtures were developed for each individual branded area – men’s, women’s, home, lingerie and ready to wear.
  • Created spaces for beauty brands to introduce perimeter and free-standing fixtures.
  • Fashion and Beauty brands introduce their own personalisation.
