Flannels Chester, located on Eastgate Row in the heart of Chester’s shopping district, houses three floors of fashionable men’s and women’s luxury designer clothing and accessories. The store’s brand portfolio includes some of the hottest emerging designers as well as luxury’s biggest names, such as, Burberry, Saint Laurent, Off White and Stone Island.

The ground floor is home to a luxury fashion and footwear destination, and an imposing staircase leads up to a sprawling contemporary fashion floor.
There is an eclectic mix of original Tudor architecture that is juxtaposed with state-of-the-art fixtures and luxurious fittings.
The lower ground explores an exclusive womenswear offering in a feminine and intimate setting. Throughout, atmospheric ambience lighting creates an intimate atmosphere, with concrete and brass completing the modern luxury look. Flannels Chester also introduces the brand’s novel Style & Collect service.
By combining the convenience of Click & Collect with Flannels’ premium shopping environment, Style & Collect provides a luxury shopping experience both online and offline.

The store was designed by London and Miami-based designers, Argent. Argents’ goal was to create a modern retail environment that infused the brand’s contemporary DNA while remaining sympathetic to the original building and its features. Argent designed a three- storey vertical link to open and connect the space while also allowing natural light to enter. Customers enter the store through a discreet, modern shopfront that leads through to a cutting-edge digital screen and atrium that provides a preview of the three-storey store. The overall concept is to provide an intimate and luxurious boutique-style store on a very large scale.
