Agent Provocateur has taken approx. 850 sq. ft of Harrods latest Lounge lingerie department regeneration among other like-minded lingerie brands. This show stopping department is truly breath taking with its ‘stop in your tracks’ details and brand resonance.

As soon as you fall upon the lingerie department you cannot help to be attracted to the premium brand of Agent Provocateur with its rich Bordeaux and antique brass colour palette, it screams opulence and creates a desire to explore. The brand presence is captured firstly within the deep carved carpet with a repeat pattern of ‘AP,’ twisted, brass plated fixtures, perimeter ‘scallop’ bays with antique mirror faceted panels equally unique display torsos.

Leading through the department a hand selected marble topped accessory bar holds intricacies amid glass vitrines with pull out sections to be viewed by the customer and ‘Hero Bays’ that have hidden pull out shelves to allow the customers selection to be presented back to them.

The journey continues from the front of house through to an illuminated mirrored ceiling in the lobby and a faux neon sign highlighting the brand. Beyond this cleverly designed space allows for a spacious VIP fitting room with accommodating fixtures pulled through from the same materials from the retail area to allow for the customers’ needs with a further two fitting rooms beyond this.

Hints of leopard print, brass studded velvet panelled walls and silk drawer tassels reflect the brands ‘fearless’ femininity with empowerment shining through. The customer is captured by the store designs innovative uniqueness and attention to detail with hidden gems supporting both the retail operations and the brand presence. This new concept for Agent Provocateur keeps the core values at its heart for the consistent followers while providing newness for the next wave of customer type.

Leading the design team on behalf of Agent Provocateur and Four Marketing and ultimately responsible for cost and programme, EB Designs project managed the store design, concept development, material procurement, fit out and installation and overall delivery of the Agent Provocateur concession in Harrods department store.
Working with Argent Design who created and designed the concept, the aim was to create a space that pushed the boundaries, designing an updated environment for one of the world’s most desirable and iconic female – led British brands.
