Cruise & Flannels VIP Shopping Concepts Launch

An exclusive VIP shopping space has launched in Cruise, Glasgow.
Cruise, a sister brand to Flannels is a UK leading luxury retailer specialising in luxury fashion products for men, women and children. Cruise stores are contemporary style galleries which celebrate their own personality and reflect the individuality of their customers.

This private shopping space provides a special section for VIP guests to host various events in-store.

The brief outlined was to create a luxury but equally relaxed environment for the customer, with a lounge / apartment type aesthetic. This was achieved in the space by introducing soft neutral tones in the concept, with carefully set out fitting rooms, a collaboration working area and seating area.

We achieved what the brief outlined to bring this design vision to life, and the space and area was created via a full take over of the mezzanine in the store.

The area’s exclusivity was further enhanced by design features including a new hanging rail which was specifically developed to showcase multiple outfits to clients prior to their fittings. A bespoke track and curtains were also used to create the fitting room section which provided full flexibility in the space.

To enrich the luxury feel of the concept, selected furniture for both the workspace and seating collaboration areas were procured from high end homeware suppliers in Central Europe and Scandinavia.

This exclusive area encourages VIP shoppers to feel special as they enter a private space tailored to their individual shopping needs.

We completed this full turnkey project within a two-week period from initial brief and concept to final completion.

The concept has also launched in the Liverpool Flannels Flagship store, accessible to customers through designer personalisation zones.

Overall, these VIP spaces have been well received by customers and are trading well. There is potential for more to open in other locations. Watch this space…
